I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS LAPTOP!! It's super fast and just all and all amazing. The graphics are everything I need and the memory is great. LOVE IT!!

I like this laptop for the price. It gives me what I need when I travel for business. The only drawback is that the DVD drive is louder than I think it should be.

Many updates required

More than 8 days have passed after I clicked "purchase" button until the day I received the laptop. Once in my hands, it took 3 days to get it to properly function: all the drivers needed to be updated. Every time I rebooted the laptop required to update all kinds of software.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

laptop is functional, though with all the upgrades I purchased I would think it would be much more efficient. it is slower than my previous laptop and the audio, when used for music, is painful.
