Not user friendly and difficult to view

I hate the purple and blue colors on the over the top background. What has happened to black text on white backgrounds. The screen is too vibrant and graphic colors are not correct. And, why is every keyboard laid out different? I have 2 HP laptops and an HP desktop. All are different layouts which is really difficult for efficient operation. As always, you have all kinds of 'help' tings that keep popping up and I have to delete them. How about a real feature and benefit, simplicity...we don't get in your way!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We were looking for W-7 laptops. The agent was very helpful in obtaining two machines configured as we requested. Delivery was quicker than expected. Excellent service.

A great replacement laptop!

We wanted a Win7 notebook to replace the 8-year old HP laptop which we got in 2005 for
our daughter as a college graduation present and subsequently inherited. We sprang for a
cpu upgrade and 8 gigs of ram and are very pleased with the results.

This is the 5th HP machine we have purchased for members of our family, and I dare say
if HP continues to make computers we will get a few more.

I bought this computer as a desktop replacement. It has a large screen, full size keyboard with numeric keypad and good speakers for a laptop. It is also very fast with the Core i5 processor. So far I am very satisfied.
I also like that I could still get it with Windows 7.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I ordered this to get the latest Intel chip and Windows 7 for traveling in our RV. All my other computers are Windows 7. This is a very nice laptop. It's speed is very fast. It starts up fast and I like HP's set-up a lot better than Dell's. The display is very crisp and bright. It's worked flawlessly for 4 months.
