[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: It heats up pretty fast. I tested it with shrimp, bacon, and eggs, and it cooks pretty evenly. Shrimp had a nice sear at about 300 degrees, eggs came out beautifully, and pancakes were perfection. Super easy to clean. Decent size as I was able to fit a whole back of bacon on it. Is portable and light weight so would great for travel or small spaces.
Cons: The cord is fairly short which means you might have to rearrange your counter for space to get it near a plug in. I had it plugged into a power strip so I could use it in the center of my counter but it tripped it, but plugged straight into the wall I had no issues. Unless you plug it in to the right the drip tray faces away from you. The drip tray doesn't clip in so it's very easy for it to fall out. Also the drip tray doesn't hold all the grease from a pack of bacon, it will overflow into a gross puddle onto your counter, so if cooking meats that produce a good bit of fat, keep a check on the drip pan. The power cord works well but could clip more securely into the power port.
Overview: Based on performance this is a great and functional griddle and is something I would buy and use regularly. It cooks great and makes a mighty tasty meal. Design wise it could use a bit of improvement, but all in all it's a great griddle and gets the job done in a jiffy. Would recommend to friends and family.

Nice Griddle to cook for a Crowd!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used our Black and Decker Family Sized Electric Griddle numerous times now. We like the large non stick cooking surface, which is easy to clean and heats up surprisingly fast. We have made pancakes, quesadillas and grilled cheese sandwiches on it. We like that everyone is able to eat at the same time. The electrical cord is short but I like it that way.

It has enough griddle space to allow several things to cook at the same time and clean up was easy. I do recommend this griddle. Im so glad I got it and it will get used a lot.

Great Griddle for families

I also use this griddle for grilled cheese and hamburgers. This Black and Decker griddle was very easy to clean. I received this griddle in exchange for my honest review.

Great Griddle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with this griddle. It's the perfect size for my family. And doesn't take up much counter space while on use.
It preheat in no time at all and the cooking temperature stayed even while cooking. I was able to make a meal in half the time it would on the stove top. And clean up was a breeze!
