Griddle works great... drip tray is awful

I’ve had a similar issue as others. This griddle is great, but when you can find a drip tray 1) it costs as much to replace the part as the griddle, and 2) it’s almost impossible to find a replacement part that fits.

I love my 20x11 inch griddle. We use it at our family cabin all the time. It helps feed the crowd. But the drip tray fell on the floor and broke. How can I get another one?

badly manufactured drip tray

The griddle works great and we have always had long lasting experiences with Black and Decker products However this model griddle has a very fragile drip tray. It broke on the first use of our new griddle. Replacement part is way too expensive and believe me I know since I have owned a plastic molding business for 30 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works great.....bad drip tray

I'm joining the chorus of those who have a broken drip tray. This morning after a half dozen uses, I was pulling the griddle out of the box and the drip tray fell on the floor and broke into three pieces. I considered gluing it but after reading the other reviews I'm afraid it will leak and create more of a mess. Purchasing a new drip tray is expensive in relationship to the overall cost of the griddle. I would recommend this product with reservation.

Great griddle... fragile drip tray

I received this griddle for Christmas and have used it several times already. Only complaint is like many others the drip tray dropped to the tile floor from about 3 feet and it broke into two pieces. Would recommend the grill but with a warning about the drip tray.
