I bought this for my son for his condo. He really likes it. We have a larger Alen in the basement and we have been enthusiastic about the results for us. He likes how quiet it is

New Filter Smells

The adhesive smell of the new filter is making me feel like there is something wrong with the filter. The last two filters did not have this smell.
I would like the filter replaced.

It doesn’t eliminate the cooking odor like original ones that came with the Alen BreatheSmart I bought. Will cancel the subscription and switch another purifier brand.
