Great air quality!

I love my Alen air purifier! I am on my 3rd filter since my original purchase in 2015. It keeps my home's air quality fresh and I notice less dust. I have 2 big dogs that live inside with us and when it's time to replace the filter, I can definitely tell that the doggie smells are stronger. It also does an amazing job of cleaning the air after cooking foods that have a strong smell, like fish and bacon. I recommend this product to anyone who wants cleaner air, even if you don't have pets. It's amazing! ..

Service is good

The service I received was good. The filter that I purchased to rid my apartment of cigarette smoke odor is not removing the odor as reported, from the company and customers reviews.

Hi Bronna! I'm sorry to hear the unit isn't working as expected. Give us a call at 800-630-2396 so we can see if we can make it work for you. I will say, the FreshPlus filter is better for fire smoke (ie, wildfires, fireplaces, etc) than it is for cigarette smoke.

It's made a 100% difference

It's made a 100% difference in our home. I'm a smoker and the smell drives my daughter crazy. When I started using the purifier she has'nt mentioned the odor once. I highly recommend everyone interested in buying a purifier to buy a Alen Breathesmart.

House smells so much better after cooking!

This apartment is not made for actually cooking- there’s no stove vent. I’ve been using the allergen filter for years but upgraded this time and it was well worth the extra money.
I just wish they’d call me back re an in car air purifier. I feel like there has to be one!

Disappointed, not worth the price difference

I tried this filter to reduce/eliminate cooking odors. It made no difference at all. I don't fry foods or grill indoors, so we aren't talking about overpowering cooking smells. It didn't justify the $30.00 price difference to me. I seem to be striking out on reducing dust as well. I have recommended this product to 2 friends, both purchased and have noticed a big difference in dust reduction. I haven't seen any difference.

Couldn't breath without it

it's amazing the amount of dust this pulls from the air. I have allergies so I vacuum and dust the house everyday but there is a fair amount that would remain in the air if it weren't for this filter. I vacuum the filter every couple weeks and I always amazed by how much it collects in the pre-filter.
