Filter health LED remains on Yellow?

Does not return to Green. Aside from this glitch the new filter was easey peasey to install.

Hi Jay! When you replace the filter, please press and hold the Filter Life button for about 15 seconds. This will tell the machine you installed a new filter and will reset that light to green. If you have any other questions, please feel free to give us a call at 800-630-2396!

I was disappointed with this purchase. I got this filter to help with periodic cooking odors. The end result was no different than the standard filter, not worth the price difference at all.

I bought two Alen Breathesmart air purifiers at the suggestion of a friend who tested my air with a Dylos particle counter and we were shocked to find a 40,000 small particles reading in my bedroom. 17,000 in the dining room. I ordered the units immediately and could not wait to turn them on. When they arrived the indicators were glowing red (high particles) but by the time I woke up in the morning they were a serene blue. I got a Dylos of my own and the particle counts in my bedroom are consistently around 135 now. Same for the rest of the house.
I feel SO much better knowing that I am breathing clean air now. I sleep better, waike without any stuffiness or headaches. And they are quiet and unobtrusive...simply amazing machines. Thank you so much for improving my quality of life.
