Chel and the rest of the staff I worked with were wonderful. Chel spent a lot of time answering my questions, getting my account and automatic filter renewal set up as well as clearing up an old issue with a previous order where we bought the wrong filter for our unit. Alen was generous and let me exchange the filter for the correct filter at no charge even though it had been two years since we placed the order. This company gave me the best customer service I've had in years.

I have 2 small dogs

I have 2 small dogs and live on a dirt road. Oh yeah.... we burn wood in the winter! I used to dust almost daily... now once a week... Happy dance! My allergies have not bothered me since we bought this system. buy a filter every 9 - 10 months, worth every penny!
