These Air Filters are fantastic. I spoke to the online chat for help and they were to help remind me which particular filter to reorder. Package arrived faster than promised. Simple to replace. All around great system to help keep us healthy. We live in an apartment where the forced air tends to have dust particles and this unit really does well catching the particles.
