The black felt on the front of the filter is not anchored in place very well. When you vacuum it, it pulls up. Other then that it is a great product.

Best Purifier Out !

I've bought this purifier about a year and half ago it's been amazing, I use it for smoking purposes and it does its job. Filters last about 5-6 months which is pretty great !

received within 4 days of my order. Have checked filters every other day to see what the filter had picked up. Was amazed at what the filter had caught already after just one week. Suffer from serious allergy problems and amazed at how much it has helped. Not waking in mornings with all the congestion, sneezing, runny nose, after about 3 days of using. Our home doesn't have the smell that it did have, actually smells clean, we have 2 terrier pups and occasionally smoke in house. The normal dust buildup on the furniture is almost non existent any more. Worth every penny we spent. Would highly recommend purchasing these to every one.

Alll allergies sufferes (including the cats) are doing better w. the purifier. Also, I don’t have to change my HVAC filters as much. I live in the city so I wanted also to get rid of pollution in my hacienda. Don’t delay and buy one of these or two. Such a great company to deal with as well!

seems to be working very well. moved this Alen up from the basement to the kitchen and i note lots of color changes, red, yellow and blue at different times. hence the alen is working very well.

Great Allergy Product

I have been suffering from allergies for years due to my pets. This filter and the purifier have been so helpful in reducing my allergies. I barely have any allergic reactions anymore. This was a great purchase.
