Longevity of the filter

I purchased one of the breathe smart purifiers for my Home almost a year ago and after running it almost constantly, It was time to change the filter. It was super simple to find what I needed and I received my filter quickly. Overall, I am very happy with this product.

Order of Filter for Breathsmart

Dear Sirs, Thank you for giving me the opportunity to comment. I've been a Alen customer for a long time. The filter I most recently received was a great disappointment. The filter had some fragrance which caused me to have a severe allergic reaction which necessitated a doctors visit and prescriptions for an antibiotic and prednisone. I am extremely allergic to some fragrances. Your customer service people were very accommodating and quickly offered to replace the filter. I hope the replacement does not have the fragrance.
