It works perfectly

Really like this filter. It absolutely removes odd odors or smells. I have an 82lb dog. When you walk in my place it just smells clean.

My air cleaner went bad

My air cleaner went bad and I talked to the customer service people and they sent me a new one. The one I had was not being made anymore so they sent me the next model up. Very happy with this company.

We upgraded from a HEPA Pure filter to the HEPA Silver filter because of my husband's allergies. He is finding more relief with this filter in our Alen air purifiier.

I love that I can put the product on auto and forget about it. It does it's job well. I no longer smell the guinea pigs when entering the house! It's attractive and super easy to set up.

The filter arrived promptly and in good condition. I like the prefilter which allows me to clean some of the dust before it goes into the larger filter, thus, making it last much longer! This air cleaner is great because it also keeps the house from getting dusty for a couple of weeks or more!
