The BEST!

We run this machine 24-7. Arguably the best machine for people (and pets) with allergies. It also gets rid of mold and toxic fumes which make me sick. I don't ever want to be without my Alen!! A++++++

Pre-filter is different.

I recently replaced the hepa pure filter for my Breathesmart. The pre-filter is not the same as before. It is thicker and more difficult to clean. I had to pry it away form the hepa part of the filter to get it off to clean. I don't like it, but the filter seems to still be doing a great job cleaning the air. Time will tell.

Replacement Filters

It's amazing how much "stuff" is in our air - and how well the Alen purifiers capture it! I have a total of 4 purifiers throughout the 3 levels of our home and have trouble figuring out which filter fits what but Alen staff are quick to come to my rescue each time I need replacements. Filters are shipped quickly and are a breeze to install. They capture so much in my air, making breathing easier for all of us. You can't go wrong with Alen!

Best machine ever in all ways!

I have bought several different brands but was never happy until I purchased the Breath Smart units. My entire family has allergies so bad that at certain times of the year they do not want to go outside. These machines have changed that and made the quality of life so much better. They are whisper quiet with all the "bells and whistles". I now have 4 in my home and purchased another two for a son and his family. My husband gets so bad he couldn't breath but with these units he does fine. We now put them on timers when we are gone for a long period so they will have been on for a day or so before we return. That is how great they are. I would recommend them to anyone with an allergy to anything! In all the years I have had mine I did have one that developed a problem and the company had a new one at my door in less than a week. Try that anywhere else.

Bought a replacement filter even

Bought a replacement filter even though our other filter is still showing the green light for function. Seems like the filters last far longer with the Alen than other air filtration devices we had used previous. We love this machine.
