I like the way it prints and how easy it is to print

I like the way it prints and how easy it is to print. I wish the ink was not so expensive and at times it's very inconvenient when a person is in a rush to print and you have to wait for it to warm up. Other than that it's a good product.

Fantastic Printer

Color is impeccable and clarity is great. Speed improved considerably over prior model. This is my second Xerox Solid Ink printer and I can't recommend it highly enough.

Automatic Tray Select has never worked

and I cannot manually change the tray to pull from tray 1. Even though I can select it and the screen shows that it will pull from tray 1, it will pull from tray 2. This has ruined many print jobs and has waisted much ink. I have searched the support menu online and if you take a look at that, there isn't much there. For that reason, I would not recommend the 8570.

Love the print quality of the solid ink. High price for refills, though. Jams a little more than I'd like; but solid printer.

Slow warm up and durability issues

We have purchased around 20 of these for certain clients and the longest one has lasted is about 3 years. We have had quite a few complaints about them being quite noisy and slow first page print outs. Most of the printers last around 18 months. Not durable what so ever. Have switched to a competitor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Solid Ink Printing at it's best!

The Colorcube 8570 was delivered quickly, easy to set up and works great. I am impressed with the speed of the printer and the low cost per copy for supplies. I am a Mac user and it works great with all of my Apple products. Love the duplex printing feature.
