Phaser 8570DN-Great Printer

I purchased this printer as an upgrade to my old Phaser 780. I use the printer to generate brochures for my cabinet business and it does an exceptional job in quality, ease of use and installation was a piece of cake. It can print 200 brochures (both sides) in a few short minutes. I also use it to print high quality photos of my grandchildren and family. The 8570 also seems to be very stingy using the ink.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the 2nd Xerox Printer (crayon type) I have owned...and I wouldn't want any other printer. Loading ink and the entire process of using the printer is very easy

Best ever Printer!

After using several brands of printers, we believe that we now own one of the best.
We are very satisfied with the speed of printing, the quality of the printed page and the ease of use. The color cubes are easy to install and last so much longer than any other printer we have owned. Hopefully this will be the last printer we will ever have to purchase.

Great Product

Overall quality can't be beat! I'm really impressed with the prints it produces. The colors are vibrant and consistent; 200 copies are done in no time; and it is easy to fill the toner without all the mess. Had a few kinks when it was first purchased and was delighted to find that the phone support was excellent. I have only one complaint--it is a little noisy when printing.

great print quality

Great print quality, but at what price, we are a small business starting. We were talked into making the wrong purchase for our small firm. The ink is so expensive an after less than 300 sheets the printer is calling for more ink. Then it stopped working altogether through lack of ink (less than one block)???. An expense we can not afford at the moment. we calculated that at 4000 plus pages per stick we would not have to purchase more ink before the end of this financial year as the offer included one set of ink sticks. very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The 8570 is supplied with ink that should print approximately 3,000 pages based on standard coverage, however printing heavy coverage or using higher print quality settings could cause ink to run out more quickly. You may also find the following tips for minimizing ink consumption to be useful: http://xrx.sm/BXV
Replacement ink should last 4,400 pages based on standard coverage, so ink purchased moving forward will last longer than the initial set of ink supplied as standard. Also rest assured that your printer should let you know in advance that ink is running low, to give you enough time to order replacements.

This is the best printer I've ever used. I was initially concerned about the wax based ink but have come to appreciate it's quality. Have never had a problem with the printer and it continues to perform at a high level. I like how the wax based ink is easier on the environment. Enthusiastic recommender of this printer.

This printer really gets the job done. I notice a few specs of ink where they shouldn't be on a pretty regular basis, but all in all a great printer. My favorite thing (by far) is the use of the ink. We are get double or triple the amount of print jobs from the same amount of ink as we had our last 3 traditional color laser printers using normal toner. I have been blow away at this and as a church we are very appreciative at this fact most of all!
