Great TV, Poor Users manual

Great TV but the users manual is not compleat and has steps missing for repairing the Quarty remote. Had to go online and use samsung customer service. Exulant customer service.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: poor speakers

Great picture quality. But my TV went dark after only 4 months. The 3D feature is very nice though.

Can't say enough about this product.
Beautiful picture...we love the LED as it makes
a big difference from LCD.
We are just thrilled, since we went from a projection
type TV to this. It is like being in a theater. Especially
since we purchased a Bose Cinemate Home Thearter to
go with it for great sound.

I love this TV. The picture is so real you just stand there in aww. The 3D is looks awesome. You can pic from different 3d modes such as side by side or over and under. It also has a 2d to 3d mode that does a really good job. Only thing so far I have found that frustrates me it the fast forward and rewind says unavailable when streaming video's over the wireless network. You can search through the video using time search.
