Internet Access Terrible

When I first got the TV it connected to the internet and ran all the apps and netflix just fine. We had a few blibs when running netflix so we hooked up a usb drive. That helped. Now we cannot connect to even netflix most of the time. The internet in my home is terrific and I can run everything on my laptops etc. It just gets worse and worse. Finding help on line is impossible!
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

not satisfied with this unit ... may have the lemon in this crowd of satisfied and impressed customers
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, clumbsy setup & operation and poor qwerty response, needs a decent user manual, seems like slow response hard wired cable browsing, always asking for cable connection check, shus down you tube vidios and browsing, always restarting browser sessions
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Alot of bang for my buck. My first samsung tv and i was impressed from the first minute! this tv is something else! Compared to every tv i have ever owned, this is the best!
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, 3d

I really enjoy this television! This is my third Samsung and am very glad I upgraded to this one. The design is very nice, it's all screen! Like the Smart TV Apps, I have not had any problem with the Qwerty remote like some folks have stated. The web browser is a little slow, but what do you expect out of
your television? Very happy with picture and sound.

Beautiful Picture

Upgrading from a Samsung DLP, this HDTV is awesome. The picture in SD looks great, but in HD it is stunning. Went online to a few sites and found recommended picture settings that worked good for me. The Smart TV access is fun but isn't fast or super easy to use. Added a Samsung blu-ray home theater surround system and watching dvd's is almost as good as a movie theater. Haven't used 3D yet but as 3D dvd's are released I will be ready. The TV looks great in my house even when turned off. I am very pleased that I bought this HDTV.
Pros: Realistic color, super thin
Cons: smart hub a little slow

Disappointed in SD picture quality

HD picture is good, SD picture is bad. Even on HD channels, if a film clip is shown, like on a news or sports show, the picture is not good.
