I completely setup this unit in a very short period of time without professional help. Quality item. Would recommend to all my friends.

Best TV I've ever owned

This 3D LED HDTV is phenomenal! It's very close to a plug and play set up whereas I took it out of the box, mounted above the fireplace, and boom, I was in 3D land. The only problem I've seen is that the app store has had some network connectivity issues to download apps for companies that provide online movies for a monthly payment. All in all the TV is amazing and I am very glad I purchased it. Oh and I don't have a surround sound hooked up yet but the TV speakers that come with it are surprisingly good!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, sleek thin clean look
Cons: pricey
I would recommend this to a friend!

The picture is amazing. The 3-d is very cool (i don't use it as much as I thought I would) apps make it easy to watch Netflix or FB. Very nice looking tv also.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight, picture quality

Main features of TV do not work

I'm now calling to have my 3rd TV delivered. The first 2 were broken (software).
There are problems with the Smart Hub (more minor) and major problems with the QWERTY remote.
The remote pairs. However, only the arrow and function buttons work. Upon trying to type in a box, a "-1" is entered automatically and no letters work (or delete).
I bought this expensive TV so that I could enjoy it - NOT so I could spend 12 hours on tech support and have 3 different TVs delivered.
I'm unbelievably disappointed.
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

3D is outstanding

My wife and I are very happy with our 3D tv. My grand children are even more impressed. The picture is especially great when showing sports. So far we are extremely pleased with our new tv.

This TV has really surprised me pleasantly with all of it's features at this price point. The additional apps work like a charm and actually have a better picture than my original setup which had my laptop feeding my old TV.
Setup was a breeze and most of the custom options are easy to get to and play with.
The picture is amazing and it has many ways to tweak to your own preference which is important to most users. The TV itself and its connections look great and so far I am extremely satisfied and happy with my product.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, lots of extra features, easy to use and configure

great tv, but....

Almost 25 days using the first one, day 26 doesn't turn on;
went to store to return it and get another one, 3 days after that, appears a red dot on the screen, I think it is a dead pixel, here we go one more time, hope the third one be the right one.
