I must have gotten a lemon

Truly the worst printer I have ever owned. 99% of the time I get a printer error and/or paper jam. I work from home so this costs me time and money. I finally gave up on the wireless which kept failing to connect to the printer to my pc and just started using a usb drive to save scanned documents. Scanning is the only thing this printer seems capable of.
Pros: document feeder
Cons: constant errors, paper tray is awful, paper jams
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst printer I have ever had

It was difficult to set up with wireless network and instructions were not satisfactory. The scan function is almost impossible to use. It just does quirky things when you try to print or copy. I am very disappointed with the purchase.

Very ease setup / easy to use. after several months of use no problems.
Pros: reliable, Easy Setup, durable, High Quality Output, easy to use

How easy is this

My children got this printer for as a 65th birthday gift. It was a snap to set up and within literally minutes I was printing from my XOOM. It found my wireless hotspot in nothing flat. It actually took longer to download the CD setup to my laptop than it took to print my first document from my XOOM. I love this printer - great quality printing!
Pros: Easy Setup, Sharp Tones & Colors, fast print speed, easy to use

Poor print quality and small load tray

I wanted to like this printer, but the quality of the color copies is poor, it spools and prints very slowly, and the paper tray is so small you have to refill constantly. On the plus side, the scan function is easy to use, and it has a multipage feeder.

Easy setup

Just opened box tonight, and have printer working with 3 Windows 7 PCs and one Mac Book Pro. Install went great on all 4 devices. I have installed other wireless printers from another company in the past, and it was a nightmare. Really glad I went with this model. I do not have to use Windows share any more for my old Canon MP780. That printer was still working great, but I really wanted the convenience of networked printer since we have 4 devices. I did make one call to support during print head alignment process. Carlos was very friendly, and had me on my way in about 2 minutes. He even mentioned he was in Chesapeake, Virginia, which was a relief since many support sites seem to be overseas now. Thanks for the great product and support.

Price was excellent

I have used this product for approximately 2 1/2 months. Overall this product was good but I had problems trying to figure out how to use the fax part of it. I would recommend this product to a friend.
