The latch system has been great for on the job, I love it. However, the rubber grips that hold the latch system onto the Otterbox, make the Otterbox front cover shield unusable. Because my iPad Air is used on the job, that means it bounces around in the work truck between jobs. The Otterbox does a great job of protecting, but I still want the front shield to cover the screen. However, bc I use the latch system, I am not able to get the screen shield to stay on. So one has to decide if they want the handy carrying latch system, or the complete Otterbox protection of the case and shield.

Cons: not able to use screen shield

This is a replacement for my previous OtterBox Utility Latch. On that model, the velcro came severed/unstiched.
I called OtterBox and received a brand new one the next day. The replacement was a newer version of my previous one. Much better design strength and durability.
However this model did not come with the "rain cover".
The only way to improve upon this model is if they were able to include an extra "pouch" for storing the USB charger and cable. (an extra hook would also be terrific.
I have had many OtterBox products abd have converted my entire family over to Otterbox protecting all of there iphones, ipads, ect.
OtterBox has the GREATEST service in the industry.

This product is amazing. Not only does it make using my iPad more comfortable while perusing my Pins for the day, the accessory kit acts as a stand to help my daughter watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. We have yet to use this awesome new tool in our car, but I know it will make our drive this Fall to California (from Colorado) that much smoother for our two year old. I recommend this product to every parent out there and anyone that uses their iPad or other tablet for long periods of time (including Facetime with the grandparents).
