Rubber latches are a dissapointment

My company uses Ipads every day and it's necessary to have a carrying device like this. I love the idea but we have now purchased 2 sets of these. The rubber straps continue to break and its extremely disappointing. I wish that they could make them more durable. We need this kind of product to protect our Ipads but repurchasing over and over just isn't worth the money. I do not recommend this product.

This is a great case for attaching an iPad to the headrest in a car, so kids can watch movies on a long trip, when you don't have a built in DVD player. We accidentally left our case in a rental car and Otter Box actually gave us a new one. It was amazing. We also have Otter Box cases for our iPhones. My husband accidentally left his phone on the roof of our van, until he was going 45 mph and we heard it fall off! We expected the worst, but there was no damage to the phone, and very little to the case! We will be Otter Box users for life!

Love the Otter Box 10" for my IPad. Wish you can come up with longer lasting material for the Rubber Band Connector Straps at the corners. Then you would have a "bullet-proof" product !!! Using zip-tie connector to replace the broken Rubber Band Connector Straps. Let me know when you develop a longer lasting replacement part. Thank You. Simi Valley, CA

Major flaw!!!

I have used the otter box hand strap for years. It's one of the main reasons I use the otter box case. After my first one finally wore out I decided it was time for a new one. The new design is really cool, but the rubber straps keep breaking. I never had any issues with my old one...but this one has a strap break every couple of weeks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I can't say enough how happy I am am with my "strap." I am using it on a Microsoft Surface Pro. Being in the contracting business, this strap lets me be more productive in the field. I don't need to lug 15 lbs. of drawings around when I could take my tablet with me into the field and check drawings, take notes, etc..
I just wish that Otter Box would make a protective case for the Surface Pro.

I have owned your product for ever phone and tablet I have owned in the last 12 years. I won't even by a product if its doesn't have an Outter Box case that goes with it. The only one down fall that I have with your product it the belt clip keeps braking on your phone cases. Other than that the best cases in the world for phones and tablets.
