i work for a software company, so the otterbox case and latch have NOT been field tested.
even though the piece where you slip you hand into rotates, i couldn't get my wrist into a comfortable position. if the rotating part could go 360 degrees, it would work better for me.
one of my co-workers thinks the straps that you hook around the case may eventually break.
Stitching and overall quality look good.

As with all my Otter Box products this latch series for my iPad air is a great tool for my work.I am a construction site manager,have all my plans and addendums on my iPad,try caring all those full sheets of blueprints around as you over see the job site.With the latch series I is I installed the lanyard throw it over my should and have it all in a neat little package.fantastic!!!!!

I am very happy with the performance of the case as advertised. I was a little disappointed with the case’s flexibility. One of the corner straps covers the volume buttons, meaning whenever I want to adjust the volume I need to remove that corner, I am not sure anything can be done about that. I may recommend that the strap-holder in back be set at about 15⁰. As an artist using the holder to draw on the IPad I found the angle could not be adjusted to a comfortable location. As this is almost the only case that allows this flexibility at all I am happy to deal with the inconvenience.

Great product again from otterbox my 5th one. Phone,tablet,etc.
I already recommended this to a friend straps to the headrest ,has a rest in itself. only problem is the tether for the accessories bag broke but they replaced it right away no problem. Still a great case especially since I can hold it with one hand now.
