I have to do reports on my tablet and is was a pain to hold it and work on it at the same time. Now I can easily inspect and type my results. I all so have two hands to climb on what I am inspecting with the neck strap in use.

Use it everyday for work. I would give 5 stars except for the issue with the back pad restricting the camera lens on the Samsung Galaxy 10.1 note and needing to remove 1 corner strap to use with camera

Everything about this product is great except for one thing.... the rubber bands that secure the iPad to the unit are not replaceable when they wear out - The unit is otherwise virtually indestructible

I bought this product a month a go. It took two weeks to get to me and after the 3rd use the bag accessory hook broke. Please see attached. Other than this issue the product is great. I l really like how you can have a full grasp of the tablet and not have to cover your screen with your had. We use ours a lot in job sites for review of progress and they work great. I would not get the extra accessory if i buy another one in the future.

We use outside in heat and the corner straps keep breaking. The good thing is your replacement policy is excellent. Even though they don’t last long for us I still purchase this item because of the replacement. I have 5 iPads which we rotate use, so a holder usually lasts 2 months. I usually have one or two on hand to replace right away when they break. You need to develop replacement corner straps so I could just replace that part. On one iPad I used a ponytail elastic band so I didn’t have to call you to replace it.

I do construction inspections. I carry the iPad everywhere on the construction site. I have an 11” iPad Pro I bought new in July 2019. I got the Defender and the Latch II. The Latch II is made for the 10” iPad which means you have to stretch the corner elastics a bit farther to work on the 11” iPad. One year later, the Latch II elastic broke. I got a new one. One year later, the elastic broke. This review is for my 3rd Latch II I just installed and it works perfect. I expect this will break also. I wish the Defender cover/stand would work better as a stand with the Latch II attached. In the end, there is a need for improvement but it’s the best out there. I only buy Otterbox Defenders for my phones and iPads. I’ve never had a single device break yet.
