The only issue is lock doesn't work. But it was cold in 3 hrs after closing I thought that was fast.

Lock (as all freezer locks) is a bit under quality and not really a security device. for us the 4 baskets were not needed, but they are very well constructed and would be useful for someone who needs baskets for smaller stuff or just to keep food items handy.
