This was my 1st hd tv. i did a lot of research before i made my purchase. i have owned my tv for almost a year now and still fall in love with day after day.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color

Good TV

I've only had this tv for two weeks. I use my tv mostly for watching football, playing video games and movies. I think the picture quality is great. The sound from this tv has a much richer sound than I've heard from others. I know usually companies will not put good quality sound in their tv's so they can sell sound bars too, but this one sounds "rich" for a tv. I will agree with another review that the PIP function is hard to access and is too small. A split screen option would have been a better choice especially with this being a 59" tv. The design and look is really nice. I like the outer edge of the tv because of the clear glass frame. It gives it a great look.So far I'm very impressed and happy with my purchase. I'll plan on posting another review in a few months.

Cons: pip access & size

Second Samsung failure in 3 years

Sad to say I will never buy another Samsung television. 2 Years ago we went out and bought an LED TV from Samsung and had nothing but issues. Finally Samsung authorized a warranty replacement. Since the LED had so many issues we decided to go with the more reliable Plasma TV. Now six months after the warranty expires we have two fuzzy vertical lines about an inch wide running down the TV.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

Plasma still nice picture!

Had this for several years and still love plasma TV. Reflection from light behind is the only issue with any plasma but picture quality is perfect!
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: reflection of a plasma screen
I would recommend this to a friend!
