No Headphone option!

The TV has a great form factor, image looks spectacular. But if you're hoping to watch it without disturbing your spouse, by using headphones, forget about it, there is no such option. I asked customer service via chat and that's what I was told. And it's very disappointing, as I've had this ability on previously purchased sets. So I have to ding this two stars. If I've been given bad advice by Samsung, then I'll change my review.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Realistic color
Cons: no headphones option

Sound is poor. No Analog audio out. Picture somewhat dim. Remote control feels cheap, not backlighted
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Did not meet expectations

This product has HMDI trouble

Returned first set because HMDI didn't work then second set HMDI didn't work, still waiting for repair to fix. Sets are less that 2 weeks old.
Cons: Not high def, Did not meet expectations

Lot of money for just a big screen TV. No internet connection -- no smart hub apps such as netflix, youtube, etc. Really disappointed.

Not as clear as is looked in store. Color burn during sports. Color flases in and out. Says 600 hz but is really 60 hz refresh rate.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

I give the TV 4.5 stars overall. I like everything about the TV other than the connections. I prefer the connections to come out of the bottom of the TV. This would make connecting much easier especially if it's already mounted on the wall. As of right now, I have to take it down every time I want to make a new connection which is rather annoying. Once I have all the connections in place this problem will virtually go away. I might have to invest in an articulating mount. As a side note, 3D is overrated and having to wear glasses is annoying. If it wasn't for the 4 HDMI inputs I would have passed on this 3D plasma and gotten the next lower model down.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, great menu system
Cons: slightly expensive, 3d is overated, connection layout

Great 3d tv!

After my beloved pioneer Kurosawa died, I was prepared to buy the pany 2010 3d plasma which is all the rage. After some research, I found this model. What a great choice-super thin, light, and great black levels / color rendition. Did not purchased for the 3d but wow.....both the 3d movies AND it's 2d-3d conversion are, in a word, spectacular. This is my first Samsung tv and so far, I am very impressed!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

This TV has a really good picture

Just bought this TV. We bought last years model 40 days ago and it blew up. So the store we bought it from took it back and exchanged it for this model. Overall picture is better than previous model and it looks a little more stylish with the smaller screen edge. Very happy with this TV.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, very thin
I would recommend this to a friend!
