Overall a good purchase.

Product is very good overall. Limited capabilities when it comes to apps and internet connectivity. Extra components must be purchased to make this television perform at its peak. I still feel like I'm missing somethings that the higher models have integrated, but for the money it is a good buy.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Realistic color

I have been using the tv for a week. caught it on sale during black friday. This is my first plasma, and the picture blows my LCD away. 3 HDMI ports connects to al equipment. blu-ray looks awesome. Sound is decent for tv speakers. overall very pleased.

This 51" plasma has an unbelievable picture and options. Watching 3D movies were incredible and a great experience.

i got the plasma because it was going in my basement and love it. i got a different 55 in for the same price and took it back not as clear as samsung they are the only tv's to buy

Love my new plasma

After owning our 32" LCD tv for many years, finally decided to upgrade. At first, I never thought I'd get "plasma" because when they first came out, there was negative press about screen burn and viewing angle. I gotta say the young sales guy at major box store we went to made me realize that was all "old news" and changed my mind. Then I went online and was looking for bang for the buck. I feel I got it in my Samsung. Picture is beautiful. Great with sports, high def. Still haven't tried the 3d function, no glasses yet (one downside). It's so big I can also read the fine print in tv ads. Once linked up to my Samsung Blu-ray player with internet access, I am amazed at the content and ability to play music through Pandora and stream movies. Just amazing.
Pros: Realistic color, hi definition, great for sports
