Great product!

I paired this with a Samsung blu-ray player that has the smart TV features. The combination provides a great TV performance package.
The reflection common to plasma TV's is acceptable and the unlighted buttons on the TV are a design flaw but the picture and performance are unbeatable for the price.
I have not tried the 3D yet.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color
Cons: unlighted buttons

I spent alot of time researching TVs before I purchased this one. I went with the Samsung brand after speaking to a TV repair shop technician. He told me that Samsung was the easiest company to deal with as far as getting parts next day without any hassles on the rare occasion that a Samsung product came into his shop. The price was a little intimidating, but I do not regret making this purchase. My wife, who runs the finances in the house even softened up and told me that she was glad I bought it. The only drawbacks I can even think of are the reflectiveness of the screen common in all plasmas, and the brightness adjustments. The reason I mention the brightness is because you have to use Samsung active 3D glasses and they are tinted like sunglasses. It is difficult to watch a 3d program or movie unless you turn out the lights or close some curtains and blinds. I am also using the HT-D5500 3D blu ray player / 5.1 surround system, which integrates and communicates with the smart tv.
Pros: Durable, Realistic color, hdmi imputs on side for flush mounting to wall.
Cons: could be brighter for 3d

after reviewing all the TVs at the retailer the samsungs stuck out as the best picture.This is one of the best purchases i have made

This is an excellent 3D TV. It has superb picture quality.
The only drawback is it tends to heat up the room.
