Great video and audio streaming

Easy to setup. Does require PC or smartphone to setup some accounts. Interface simple to explain to non-tech oriented folks. Considering a unit for bedroom stereo just for audio streaming. Some channels take a while (2-3 minutes) to connect. So compact that cables can haul it off the TV stand.
Pros: Built in Wi-Fi, High quality picture, Easy to use, Easy to set up, Compact, Great value
Cons: Need fast internet service

The new DVD players include wifi access

It is apparent that the newer DVD players are including internet wireless access and offering the same choices, so if I needed a DVD player, I'd spend the extra money to have the wifi features included rather than buy the separate Roku device. I purchased the Roku for a less sophisticated user who wanted the Pandora access. she is very happy. For me I bought the Samsung BD-C6500XXA
