Using Netflix to make a selection is not nearly as easy as using the on-line computer selection choices. Roku only has an abbreviated selection rather then the extensive selection thru the computer. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.
Pros: Compact, High quality picture, Easy to set up, Reliability, Built in Wi-Fi, Easy to use, Great value
Cons: Want more video choices

We move it around the house as needed. On my writing days, it's in my basement office for Pandora. Otherwise, it's in the bedroom or living room for movie time!

Cons: Can't control sans remote, Cannot turn off power

I enjoy uding the Roku very much. My only frustration is the remote control is very slow to react to the buttons being pressed. i have even made sure that I am pointing it straight at it.

Took too long to get codes into machine. Too many 3 star movies. Not enough 4 star movies to choose from.

Good value on an evolving video delivery

This is a great value for a streaming device of this genre. If you have NetFlix on-line and HuluPlus, your TV selection is good with spotty exceptions (like CBS). What's missing is a "Meta-search" ability that would search for shows among all available channels. Currently you must search each channel .. very frustrating. Also, it would be great to place, for instance, "NBC News" on a custom front page rather than making me remember where the show is a search/click for it each time ... again. frustrating. All said, I'm very close to cancelling my satellite subscription. Between this device (with Netflix and Huluplus) and an over the air antenna to receive up to the minute news and shows, paid programming networks are headed the way of the dinosaurs. Show creators will now have a direct path to viewers.
