Easy setup & works well

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the Roku was to set up. It immediately recognized my wireless network and we were watching movies in less than 30 minutes. We first tried it out with the Amazon movie selection and when that worked well, we subscribed to Netflix.
Pros: Compact, Easy to use, Easy to set up, Great value, Built in Wi-Fi

If you don't recall the name of a movie you want to search for, you can spend time searching only to find it is not available..and you cannot search on actors or genre... you really need to use the instant queue from a netflix account to search easier and faster... If you want to add other channels, you can be jumping back and forth between your roku and your computer to get it set up... Once you find what you want though, it is very easy to use..
Pros: Fairly easy setup, Easy to use
Cons: Search can be clunky

I use "Netflix Instant Access" with this product. It was easy for a reasonably technosavvy person (my husband) to set up, and easy for a technoidiot (myself) to use. I hope Netflix expands its "Instant" inventory even more soon.

Seems good but Hulu Plus missing

I did not return the product when I noticed that hulu plus was not yet available because I trust Roku and Hulu to deliver it later this year. Until then the product is of very limited use to me. NetFlix online works well but that content is of much less value than hulu to us.
