I would buy this product again and again

Freezing when moving from movie to movie, or pressing home or up button ( 2 of 30 times - 1.5 months). I used XR model and a did not have this issues (5 months).
Pros: Video selection, Easy to set up, Compact, Built in Wi-Fi, Reliability, Easy to use, Great value, High quality picture
Cons: Freezing more then XR, Want more video choices

I own 3 Roku Players everyone in my house loves the roku for videos, movies, and music too.
Pros: Reliability, Built in Wi-Fi, Good For Music Lovers Too, Compact, Easy to set up, Great value, Easy to use

Very pleased with Roku XD unit

We use this unit to primarily watch Netflix and MLB.tv. The unit was easy to set up and the picture quality is very good on our 32" LCD tv. Searching through the Netflix library can be a bit tedious, but works well enough.
Pros: Reliability, Great value, Easy to set up, High quality picture, Compact, Built in Wi-Fi, Easy to use
Cons: Sometimes needs restart, Uses power when idle

I do like this product a lot! I wish that they had more internet options such as Youtube and different channels to watch.I had some setup issues. I had to put the device further from the TV cabinet and after turning it on it only gave me a blue screen. Only after unplugging and pluggin back both the power cable and the HDMI cable, was I able to get the setup screen. I called the support number and was put on hold and that called eventually was dropped. This was something very easy to fix and yet the customer support guy [...] had no idea.
