Good reception, a pain to use

Would like more PBS programming ie Masterpiece Theater, Mystery . Need easier way to find movies. Scrolling through the available videos is awful and typing out the title is worse. Need more instsant viewing choics from Netflix. However I still like the concept and will contunue to use your product.
Pros: Easy to set up
Cons: Difficult to use

Greatest On Demand Box Ever

Love the selection of Private Channels. Better than cable because HGTV and other programming is On Demand. Have not found the NBA Free channel. I use on a Lite Internet connection and there are some glitches in HD, but that is not ROKU's fault it's mine for being cheep.
Pros: Easy to use, Compact, Great value, High quality picture, Built in Wi-Fi, Reliability, Easy to set up
Cons: Want more video choices

My Roku is my new best friend. Netflix, Hulu Plus, and Amazon Video all when I want it. Plus I can stream TWIT videos (Technology Podcasts\Video Casts) whenever I want!

I ordered but didn't receive an HDMI cable. The order originally showed the cable, then when I eventually sent the order, it somehow disappeared. I think I had navigated around too much and it unclicked the cable order in the process, but I didn't realize it. When I didn't get the cable, I emailed Roku twice and have gotten zero response, so that is what I would say a definite CON. Roku needs better customer follow-up. They seem to send you the ting and then wipe their hands of the whole business... until they was you to rate the product. The product is great, but the company is lacking in customer service.
Pros: Compact, Easy to set up, Reliability, Easy to use, Video selection, Better than other options, Great value, High quality picture
Cons: Roku doesn't folo-up well, Didn't send HDMI cord

I find it very easy to use. I had no problem to set up or connect. would recommend to friends.

My Roku XD works as advertised! But...as a Movie Buff I'd love to see more movies. I know streaming is new and we're early adopters and more movies are coming but---I'm impatient.
