2 Circle Signal Strength unacceptable!

I very rarely get 4 circles by completion of the red bar. 2 circles give me frequent signal loss, which is very distracting when you are trying to get into the movie! If you can tell me how to get rid of the signal loss, then, you'll have a great product. I have a Philips 1080HD ,42"flat screen, 5 months old.I have mentioned the product to lots of friends, but, the signal loss, I think turns them off somewhat!!
Pros: Easy to set up, Compact
Cons: Signal breaks repeatedly, Needs a signal boost, Usually only get 2 circle, Inconsistent performance

I wanted to use Roku to view free online programming (much like what is available on Hulu, or network streaming). None of that is currently available...I am hoping it will be available in the future.
Pros: Built in Wi-Fi, Compact, Easy to set up
Cons: Want more video choices
