With the simplicity and easy to use Roku, I cannot imagine how anyone would not be happy using it. Soon to get the new 3 model for the headphone option, otherwise, the 2 model has been excellent! Use the Roku daily now... finally ended using satellite television several months ago and don't miss it a bit!

So far I am SO incredibly pleased with the ROKU and I am sorry I waited to purchase it - I bought a second unit the next day!! REALLY easy to set-up and operate and GREAT. I have found a very nice amount of content with lots of different viewing experiences and the ability to have Netflix, RedBox, Blockbuster on demand - etc etc is GREAT. I personally would recommend it if you have thought about it, or are on the fence!

Customer support was great when we ran into a problem setting it up. Turns out someone had returned the one we bought and had already set up their account on it. Customer support walked us through resetting the box so we could set up our account. Easy to use although I wish searching for new channels was easier. I couldn't find one for Amazon Prime.
