This is my primary tool for viewing. I'm not at all technically inclined, and this was easy enough even for a senior citizen like me! After using the Roku for a couple of years, I had some sort of problem. Tech support was fantastic! It took several attempts (mainly because I'm so bad with electronics) but support did not give up on me! They kept calling me back and working with me until my problem was fixed. I think the Roku is a great product and always recommend it to friends.
