I have recommended Rokus to friends but will stop. I have three in use. In the last 12 months I have had 3 die, one after 3 and a half months, two of those months it was not is use. It was replaced under warranty and I now have one Roku in reserve. I will go to some other product when I have to replace it.

Excellent product to order movies at home without paying a monthly fee, or meeting deadlines.Clear beautiful picture. However ROKU STILL has this non-existent link where the screen tells you to plug in a code,ROKU.COM/LINK only to find out that this link DOES NOT EXIST. This has been going on for years and still a major complaint to this day. NOBODY CAN FIND WHERE TO PUT THE TV CODE! You must call ROKU support to have someone log the code in and start your account for you. THIS IS THE ONLY REASON I CANNOT GIVE ROKU FIVE STARS.

Great product easy to use. Small box huge entertainment. Would like to see more uses with the sd card and USB. Like being able to record onto the USB. The key to roku taking over cable is having networks showing programs the same week. Like amazon showing under the dome. I was able to sell this to friends. Need more like that also. I also feel that having a better netflix platform. Otherwise keep up the good work. I really would like to be a sales rep for this product it's kills me how many people don't know about Roku.

I use this product mainly to watch Netflix. In the winter we use it for the Yule Log with and without music. I can't tell you how many times I've looked up from doing something and had split second disorientation because we don't have a fire place! Very realistic.

I use this product as my main source of TV watching. The only problem I have is that on several occasions I have had to un install Netflix and reset the box before re installing. Also they're aren't that many channels that people generally would want to watch as a great deal of them are religious specialist etc. Its a pity that ITV player isn't available then I would be very satisfied.
