Had a little problem with the first one they sent but their service was quick and I had a new one in just a few days. It work as it should have and in todays world of production its common to have a bad unit. But as I said service was great and the Roku 3 player is a great product and like it so well considering buying another one for the bedroom TV. Get one you will enjoy it I'm sure.
