The remote has a place for earbuds that come with the Roku. This design is genius. Most earphones or earbuds connect to a device which means you must be close to it, sometimes uncomfortably close. With earbuds in the remote, you can go anywhere, be completely comfortable and watch your selection.

Again, Always On, Always Ready, Money Saver over Satellite. We cancelled Satellite and saved $80/month instantly. We use it mostly to access NetFlix for available complete series of dvds that we can watch completely thru, not missing any episodes. Love it. Roku should make it capable of removing channels from the website.

At the beginning, this was the only way to go. Now however, with "SMART" TV's and disc players and gaming consoles, you have a large choice of streaming possibilities.

I could not get the box setup wirelessly so I had to run a cable directly to the box. But, after that, the setup went smoothly and wireless works great now. I run Plex on my computer and watch TV Shows and movies wirelessly. This is a very convenient way to watch High Def without having to plug and unplug hard drives every time they needed an updated show. I recommend this over my old WDTV Live Plus.
