I use this product in my bedroom. It is so handy when I can't sleep or just need to relax and it is so easy to use. The sound and picture are crisp and clear. The only thing I have to complain about is TWC. They need to fix what ever causes them to become unavailable in the evening. The support team is very good and so polite when it comes to answering questions.

finding the set up account link could be better outlined as you get so many sites come up when you put in the web address you put in the lets get started booklet it may be better to say go the Roku .com add and click the sign in tag at the top also it may be better if the first part of creating an account asked what country you are in as I ended up with a U.S.A account the product its self is very easy to use it seem a shame if the account set up is not quite so good as it is a mistake I think a lot of U.K. users must make as your help chat line seemed to know at once what was the problem I was having
