I use Roku avery evening, watching Netflix selections. Until recently, the system worked perfectly. Then, the "Recently Watched" list, which I depend on for viewing selections, stopped refreshing. I have consulted Netflix and Roku. After guided resets, the list refreshed just one, then froze again. I deleted all other channels to maximize memory capacity---but no change.

We use this product for family TV viewing for our favorite shows and movies. It's right in our home. The menu is user friendly. The picture quality is great. However, at times the roku takes long to boot up or may malfunction in the middle of watching a program. The use of the roku will go down for unknown reasons and we'll have to leave it for some time and come back to view our shows. Other than that it's great!

I did the ROKU 3 setup using my iPad mini connected to my WIFI. I completed the setup OK using the remote, however I could not access "my channels" with the remote or the app I downloaded from iTunes to my iPad. I contacted a Ruko phone representative (got through right away) and he essentially had me unplug the power, wait 30 seconds, apply power, then go through the setup process again at Roku's web site - this time from my laptop - using the same info initially entered. Therefore, my advice is to do setup through a "computer" connected to the Internet as indicated in the setup procedures.
