I have had my Roku Model 2450D for about four weeks. Every time I use it for Netflix I run into problems, picture disappears, and I have to restart the process with the show I am watching resuming where it left off. I spoke with one of your service reps., got it fixed for an hour or two and then it started all over again.

I was upgrading my Roku XR boxes, which has begun to load slowly, and which had no close captioning option. I watch HBO GO and Netflix, but also had been streaming Pandora. The new Roku 3, (top of the line), features a headphone jack on the remote, which is really a fantastic idea. However, theres no way to directly patch the audio output (from pandora or Spotify) from the roku box to your stereo receiver. I think this was a bad decision.

I will never be without this box! I did not do any research on it before buying it, which was not smart! I only had the three wire hook - up on my TV, & the Roku 3 only has a HDMI hook up. I had to go out & buy a new TV! The other models of Roku may have the other hook -ups, I am not sure. That would be my ONLY complaint with Roku! Love this item!!! Keep up the good work ROKU!
