The product is rediculously simple to setup (quite literally 1,2,3) and use. The amount of available content is incredible, especially with some content providers offering Full HD (1080p). My only two complaints are a) the remote which uses wifi, apparently on default channel that's commonly saturated and b) Miracast doesn't work yet (which caused me to vacilate between this and another product that currently supports screen sharing over wireless).
Pros: Compact, Video selection, Easy to set up, Great value, Built in Wi-Fi

Casual viewing. Ease of use. Flawless operation in viewing movies and shows. Very impressed... Set-up was a problem due to "Router issues" (DNS1 and DNS2 codes had to up updated on router site. THIS WAS "NOT" A ROKU PROBLEM, BUT ROKU WAS "VERY HELPFUL".

I helped my non-technical neighbor set up his new Roku and I was impressed. I bought the Roku HD the next day for myself. After only several days of use, I am very happy with the Roku HD. Having movies and TV with no commercials is wonderful and refreshing. (Had only one tv program with one 10 second car commercial so far.) There are many great viewing choices with the FREE Crackle. When I run through my favorites there, I will consider Netflix or another paid provider. I would recommend the Roku products.
