This product has an annoying feature built in. In order to set it up, you need to enter credit card information. I already paid for the device, my Netflix account is paid for through Netflix, and I don't need to purchase anything from Roku. That said, you can avoid this by calling in, but I still find it overly annoying. I debated returning it simply for this reason.
