Poor and just generally sloppy

Angry birds will not make a junk product somehow valuable. Back to [@] you go roku, your lack of content, slow buffering times, ads on the home screen and remote with ad buttons will be better used by the many who expect an interface from an early 2000's cable box..I wanted you to work roku, i liked the idea, i wanted you to be better than the appletv, i wanted you to make sense..you didn't.. so i'll be getting an apple tv. thanks for nothin.
Pros: Cheap, Built in Wi-Fi, Compact
Cons: Ads on the remote, Poor picture quality, Ads on the home screen, Janky, Inferior, Sloppy interface, Useless channels, Slow

Ths is a ok system

In the living room Easy to use No on or off switch, also from time to time will get a green screen that won't go off untill power is cut. While watching a program the system sometimes cuts off and resets.
Pros: Built in Wi-Fi, High quality picture, Easy to set up, Video selection, Great value, Easy to use, Compact
Cons: Resets when watching, Inconsistent performance

Product works great via wi-fi which is located on the opposite end of the house. Lack of real time streaming by FOX, CNBC, etc limits use. On demand movies are expensive. Even old movies that play on "normal" TV have the same high cost.
Pros: Easy to set up, Built in Wi-Fi, Compact, Easy to use
Cons: On demand is expensive, Lack of real time streams, Want more video choices

I loved this product until a software update made it useless to me. I bought this several years ago just to stream videos from Netflix. Recently Roku made a policy change that requires that you have an account with them in order to be able to stream Netflix. I do not want another account to manage I just wanted to be able to what Netflix. I already have an account with them. I no longer feel comformtable recommending this product to others.
Pros: Built in Wi-Fi, Easy to use, Great value, Easy to set up, High quality picture, Reliability, Compact
Cons: Account with Roku require

No Youtube?

This product would easily receive five stars if you could get Youtube on it. Another improvement would be to update the search bar so one could type in an actor/actress name to search for movies. If you are someone who prefers to watch new releases then roku/netflix/crackle etc. probably isn't for you, but I have watched many movies that were enjoyable that I didn't even know existed.
Pros: High quality picture, Reliability, Built in Wi-Fi, Compact, Easy to use, Easy to set up, Great value
Cons: Want more video choices, Can't watch YouTube

Horrid Performance

Does not stay connected to wifi, constantly reloads the movies when it is connected. I have tried numerous times to get tech support to no avail. The last time 'they' called me I point blank told them, don't call again.....as far as I am concerned I will not recommend this product to anyone.
Cons: Inconsistent performance

Had this product for about a week now, so no long-term experience yet. I use this in my living room for streaming video. The bedroom has a LG Blu-Ray player with similar features. This has better video stream quality that the LG, and a wider range of choices. It complements my older Panasonic Blu-Ray player without streaming capability perfectly. Setup was a breeze. Once I found out that Logitech considers this product a DVD (!), setup for my Harmony 520 remote was a breeze as well. Great product! I plan to buy one as a gift for some friends who don't want cable, but have high-speed internet.
