I am totally excited about my ROKU!!

Before I found the ROKU, I was going to have to spend several hundred dollars on an Internet-capable BlueRay/DVD player AND buy a new flat screen TV. We are still using a 21" CRT, and don't have room for a larger screen! When I found the ROKU at a local [@], I bought it without hesitation, and have never looked back!
Pros: Video selection, Built in Wi-Fi, High quality picture, Compact, Reliability, Easy to set up, Easy to use, Great value

After initial problems with set up -- it doesn't like the Verizon default DNS servers -- it seems to be working great. Customer service helped me diagnose the DNS issue. I am a systems engineer, by profession, so the solution was easy for me. I would be concerned, though, whether my in-laws or neighbors could do it. This is the only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating.
Pros: Built in Wi-Fi, Good Customer Service, Easy to use, Compact, High quality picture, Great value
Cons: Difficult to set up

if i had any suggestions i would say that you could make it where it can have battary option for maybe camping or othere it works perfect for me very nice some of the older films are not smooth but most are perfect.
Pros: Its wireless smooth nice

I love my Roku most because I can pick what I want to watch, when I want to watch it. I especially appreciate internet news programs available.

FiOS--watch out!

Just set it up. LOVE IT, particularly the Pandora. However, I never liked Pandora's policy of only 6 skips per station per hour, which still applies to the Roku box, even though there are no ads. Also, I'm a news junkie, and I would like more CNN and other news content which is actual VIDEO and not just audio. Love the Crackle! I'll watch more movies now!! Best gift I've given to myself in a while. I might even consider replacing my FiOs TV after a while!!!
