Setup couldn't be easier & operation is simple & straightforward. No complaints so far.
Pros: Very fast to set up, Easy to set up, Easy to use, Video selection, Compact, HD is super, Simple to navigate, Easy to hide, High quality picture, Great value
Cons: Want more video choices, Wish it had 5ghz band, Want more current movies, Need fast internet service

Inconsistent Wi-Fi. Stops to reload frequently. Guess I'll need an either-net cable.

Great Value Little Box!

I use the product for the living room main tv. Everything is great about it except it has no web browser. I have seen a green screen a few times when I have turned on tv and switched to hdmi. It has frozen a few times, but not sure why. I also don't like to have it running constantly-only way to turn off is to unplug adapter but that messes with tv screen when you plug back in. Over all great product.
Pros: Great value, Easy to set up, Built in Wi-Fi, High quality picture, Easy to use, Compact
Cons: Want more video choices, Screen glitch, No Web browser, Unplug to turn off, Freezed few times

Very easy setup. I don't have to use my laptop to stream Netflix. So far no buffering delays noted. Viewing Angry Birds on a big screen is a plus.

This is a great idea and hopefully you keep develpoing it bigger and better. Parental Controls would be nice and there is a lot of content I would not want my kids viewing. Overall a great box, just please keep the develpement of apps and other capabilities coming.

Solid Product for the Price

The only problem I seem to have with the Roku HD is that if I do not use it for a period of time; for example; 1 week; it loses the setup; i.e., connection, router pass - I then have to do it all over again and have had to call support. You usually have to recycle the power on it as well to redo the setup.

Cons: Need fast internet service, Inconsistent performance, Want more video choices
