Only complaint is in the three weeks I've had it, it froze on me twice. Haven't ruled out the internet connection (we've had a lot of storms here of late). Otherwise great product! Also wish that I knew a newer model was coming out (bought mine 2 weeks before the new model came out)
Pros: Easy to set up, Great value, High quality picture, Built in Wi-Fi, Compact
Cons: Inconsistent performance

Not as good as I expected

This Roku is all right but nothing to write home about. Maybe when the programming selections improve I will like it better. There are many sites that a person has to pay a monthly fee such as Netflix, Hula plus and many many others, most of the free programs aren't very good or you have to sit through commercials just like over the air, cable and satellite TV and of coarse you have to pay for a high speed internet connection so a person could tie up a large monthly bill if they weren't careful. I have heard this is the future of TV but I don't believe that. I like my media player with a 3tb external hard drive better than my Roku or any other streaming device I have.
Pros: Easy to use, Easy to set up
Cons: Want more video choices, Inconsistent performance

I use my roku box to augment my cable and antenna programming, but the service is so good that we have considered cutting back on our cable programming.
Pros: Video selection, Compact, Easy to use, High quality picture, Easy to set up, Great value

I decided to get rid of my cable, because the bill was too expensive and I wanted to save some money. I got the Roku and was able to use my netflix through the tv instead of the computer and I also subscribed to hulu plus to watch the tv shows I still love! So far it's working great and saving me lots of money!

Love it, only one Con....no Youtube. I wanted to watch a movie a friend of mine made and it is only available on youtube
