excellent unit. i use an 11 mbps cable speed and that probably helps.
Pros: Built in Wi-Fi, Easy to set up, Easy to use, Reliability, Video selection, Great value, High quality picture, Love all the features, Compact

Easy to use

Had Problems with the first box I recieved. I was in an online Chat for over an hour trying to hook it up. It was finally decided to send me another box. That one was much easier to set up and I am able to watch movies from Netflix without having to set at my computer.
Pros: Easy to use

We don't have cable or any other t.v./movie viewing source. NO COMMERCIALS! I can control what the kids watch. 3 friends have purchased it after checking out the one I own.

I love on demand entertainment but dislike cable companies and hassles of connecting my computer to the TV.

ROKU offer a good quality video; however the remote is of poor quality. The center button is used the most is very sensitive as to just where you have your finger is located. This needs desperately needs a redesign. It would be really great is I had the option to program this function into to my main remote

Will not work witn netflix, started just hanging in the middle of a movie (never happens on our wii) called customer service and now it will not work at all. just heard I have to wait for the technical department to review my case (thought that was who I was talking to) exchanged at the store for another one. it does the same thing. I know most reviews say it is great, I do not agree. Spent about 4 hours on the service line YUK. still hopping roku can fix it (reading this roku????) so I do not have to return it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
