Pros: High quality picture, Great value, Compact, Built in Wi-Fi, Reliability, Easy to set up, Easy to use
Cons: Onlyold movies on netflix

would not buy another one. on the 2nd one and 2 times fixing it. still not right.

using the Roku for one week

When changing from ROKU to satellite to ROKU, must unplug ROKU for restart. Can't pause a program then go back if you change TV setting (i.e. HMDI to Component). Going to take some time to replace satellite/cable with ROKU, have to know what you want to watch!!
Pros: Compact, Built in Wi-Fi, Great value
Cons: No on and off switch

Piece of garbage

When I bought this Roku, I had trouble setting it up. I am lucky that my brother's friend had done it before. At that time there was no tech support except for a few FAQ's online. Once it was set up and working, it worked very well. We used it all the time and had no issues. Now, about nine months later and the device won't work. It had to be unplugged so that we could hook up a new TV. Once back in place, it would not connect to the wireless. My wireless was set up by a professional IT person. It does not break down. It works extremely well and supports several laptops, smartphones and printers. All wirelessly. The Roku would not connect. I called tech support. First it would have been nice to speak with someone who spoke english clearly. Second, it took three calls before I got a person on the phone that actually knew what to do. I was put through so many paces for over an hour. It still would not connect. Rather than agree that it was the box that wasn't working, I was accused of not knowing my network password, of not having a good router, of having a bad system. After 90 minutes of plugging and unplugging and resetting, I had had enough and hung up. I still don't have a Roku that works. I am out [$] because they will not give me a new one. If you can swing it, get a Wii or an Xbox. This is a piece of garbage and the help is even worse.
